Atherni is a listing and booking platform for wellness professionals, run as a STARTIONS startup. Plans and invoices are issued by STARTIONS LLP. Atherni is not a healthcare provider and does not give medical advice.
Sessions, courses and events are paid to the professional directly through their own payment gateway. Each professional publishes their own cancellation and refund policy, shown before you book; refunds for those payments are the professional's.
Plans are yearly, paid to STARTIONS LLP through Razorpay with a GST invoice. A plan changes only when the payment is confirmed. A lapsed plan has 15 days' grace, then the workspace becomes read-only except for exporting your data.
We keep what we need to run the service. Messages are encrypted at rest. Professionals' client records, session notes and intake answers stay in the professional's own private database. Company pulse answers are anonymous, carry no name or time, and show only as totals from five answers. You can ask for your data to be exported or deleted by writing to support@startions.com.
